Magellan Health - My child has been seriously affected!

My daughter under age was due to have a special test this morning for her condition with Epilepsy, Magellan refused to give necessary information to me the parent to give her out of network care, such as I'd number in which was Never mailed to me. Medicaid changed her insurance today and I was not informed nor did Magellan send me the necessary documents of the change to their company for the care of my daughter's medical needs. I am extremely furious that they are making her wait 30 days to get the treatment she needs, not to none of the doctors in this area take Magellan and I really understand why!
